Afternoon all,
Does anyone know what's happened to Writefully Yours? We were dealing with them for PPI investigation & we have just received letters from them to say they have found that we did have PPI that we need to sign & return to make the claim. Tried to call them to ask a question but none of the numbers work.
Would anyone know what's happened & also what it means for us considering we have them the go ahead to investigate?
Many thanks for any info/advice anyone has

They've probably nipped out to buy some more stamps.0

Perhaps there is a fault on the line.
Why are you not claiming yourself?0 -
You realise they want you to sign a letter of authority for them to represent you in PPI complaints? You realise this will cost you around a THIRD of any redress you might win? You realise you can do this yourself and completely free?we have just received letters from them to say they have found that we did have PPI that we need to sign & return to make the claim.
What was your question?Tried to call them to ask a question0 -
If you know the company you had PPI with, contact them yourself, under no circumstances should you sign what the claims co want you to.
Cut out the middleman
all it will cost you is a phone call or a stamp. 0
