Good news on getting it sorted!

Good luck for exchange and completion.
  • There was a charge of £60 to exchange & complete within 7 days of eachother but I needed this to be done ASAP.

I initially placed a offer on this porerty and accepted in march and we are hopefully completing today.

7 months, it was a new lease and I've learnt so much.

Solicitors I used went the best (but apparently they are highly rated and were the most expensive on the list!) this shows that most expensive isn't the best!

The next property will be a BTL.
    Anyone recommend any good solicitors?

Should be getting keys today, got a text from NW.

Nationwide here. Funds will be sent on 06/10/2017. If you're moving, this may be a day or so before you move. Other applications complete on this day.
  • Does anybody know what happens if I go overdrawn for a few hours on a joint account with my ex to my mortgage application (which has been agreed) once the exchange of contracts takes place. Lender is HSBC.
