Switching And Warm Homes Discount

I think I am right in saying that Core Group customers are those in receipt of the non-savings element of Guaranteed Pension Credit. Anyone else, including those who received only the savings element of GPC, is Broader Group. If any of this is incorrect I am confident Malc will be along to clarify the situation. HTH.
Sorry to you, too, Smodlet for the late reply.
[FONT="]To confirm, customers will qualify for the Warm Home Discount under the Core Group if, on 9 July 2017, they were receiving the Guarantee element of Pension Credit (even if they're receiving Saving Credit as well). These customers are identified by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). The DWP will write to those who qualify and let us know, too, so we can make the payment to those we supplied the electricity to on the qualifying date. For the 2017/18 scheme, this is 9 July 17.
Hope this helps.
