Of course you can't hold someone liable when thier duty is merely to discharge a service for a lender.
I find it strange that you can't complain to a regulatory body about the action of one of its members.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I volunteer to help get your forum questions answered and keep the forum running smoothly. Forum Ambassadors are not moderators and don't read every post. It annoys me intensely that firms like ESURV are obviously taking on far too many instructions, probably charging a fortune and giving a very poor service. Well done to the OP who paid for their own independent survey.0
