Selling an International Shares Certificate

Hi Guys,
I hold shares on a certificate of a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, however my stock broker stopped accepting international certificates in March.
I have spoken to HL, Halifax, Barclays & IG however nobody accepts international certificates anymore.
Does anybody know a stockbroker where I can deposit my TSX certificate so the shares can be held electronically?
Many Thanks
