Flights

Hi Everybody,
I booked some flights with BlueAir and there was a mistake. Basically I wanted to book 3 people to go to Rome on 02.02.18 and return on 05.02.2018. When the confirmation of payment came through the dates were 02.02.2018 to 02.03.2018. We know that there was some sort of computer error going on at the time, i do not have the specifics but BlueAir are insisting that it was me that made the mistake and are refusing to refund or alter my booking. They have offered me the Airport Tax back on the return flight only.
Is there anything I can do to get my money refunded.
Many thanks
Nick

Who are "we", and how do you know there was an error?

You're only going to get a refund if you can demonstrate they were at fault.
