Comms and uksbd ,,, thank you both , no not a union member and I will certainly look into this matter ..
However at the moment I need to get a new home and move on ,,, wards and hopefully upwards
:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -
I actually am on about 17 k ,, I'm not sure why I said 12 back then ?
I'm thinking of getting an accountant to do all my accounts ( if that's what one could call all income and no outgoing apart from NI and tax )for the last year , thus hopefully I can get a mortgage , I know I won't get much ,, but at least I will afford a home for me and kids , (with the 40/60 spilt , plus some savings ,40 grand mortgage )
Well that's the theory !!!:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0 -

Do you get annual leave?
Do you set your own hours?
Do you have multiple clients?
Could you send a substitute to do your work?0 -
I really do appreciate your input ,, but at the moment I have to sort out a new home for myself and my boys , the last thing I want to do is ' rock the boat ,' at work and have un easy feelings there !:money: I will never be rich but I'm happy :rotfl:0

I'm not saying it to scare you.
If you're self employed it means you have no entitlement to sick pay or redundancy - two things which give lenders some piece of mind that you will pay.
You keep refusing to answer the questions so to be honest I'm not giving any more advice as it could lead down the wrong route.0 -
