I’ve had the same email. Obviously us light users are not profitable enough. If anyone finds a better deal, including original printer price, do let us know!2

Also very cross at their change of plan. The printing I have done so far is multiple unwanted copies of how to connect which has become ‘impossible’ since BT changed my router. Now got a very sore place on forehead form bashing on wall. Unable to get advice from the bot which sends you in circles & no way of contacting a human. Any advice out there?1

I'd like to know if 99p is competitive enough or are there better deals out there."...and in the end, the love you take, is equal to the love you make".0 -

I originally got the email that my plan would be charged but look what Santa at HP sent me in email this morning.Dear xxxx,
We previously notified you that the plan for your OfficeJet xxxx would be changing, but as a valued customer, you can now continue printing up to 15 pages/month at no charge for the life of your printer.
We understand that printing at home is essential in today’s world, and hope that your HP Instant Ink plan will continue to make life a little easier for you.

This was exactly what I told HP when I contacted their customer support about this proposal. This was only going to end badly for them.
You're welcome
Feel sorry for anyone that responded to the original email by upgrading to a paid plan though.0
