Unable to withdraw from Post Office Instant Savings

Hi All,
Is anyone else having any problems transferring funds out of an online Post Office savings account this evening? I just keep getting: "Transfer cannot be applied at this time" !!
A quick search found the same message appearing for someone else back in 2011. I'll call them tomorrow but I was wondering if this was a regular occurrence for anyone else.

I had that once. No logical explanation when I eventually got through to a department that could deal with it.0
