I found the template for the expenses claim, the total is approx 205.00 - is that ok. I'm also looking at the right to audience, is there a document required or is it just a verbal request?

Is it just a case of asking the Judge to check if the Claimants legal representative is appropriate under the criteria quoted in the above bar council document?

Yes - as a preliminary matter at the start - but we normally supply more than that, a copy of a Law Gazette article as well as transcripts of the case law that supports the point.

WIth regard to the costs claim, I can email it to Gladstones, is it ok to take it to the court on the day?

I think your costs schedule should be with the court and claimant at least 24 hours before the hearing.

Errrm - I'm going to struggle with that as no post until tomorrow and case on TUES, I can email Gladstones with it 24 hrs in advance but Court wouldn't get in post until Tues
