Hi,
About 10 years ago I had a YB account plus account which i was being charged for. But i lived in my overdraft so can I reclaim those charges?
Also,
Every month i was paying an overdraft arrangement fee starting from £25 upto £100 so i could still continue living. Making me more overdrawn.
Basically, I ended up on Job seekers and opening a post office account to have my benefits paid into as the bank were just eating my money. Can i claim back these fees?

If you are in current financial difficulties, the bank will look at giving you some support.
However, it doesn't apply to historic charges.0 -
