Apologies if I failed to fully read earlier posts.
Tim: STRONGLY suggest you 'phone Shelter & discuss the case. Whilst it sounds like bailiffs are due 23rd October there may grounds (without seeing paperwork hard to know what) for chucking case out/suspending it & I have personally known of a case where possession was suspended by 'phone calls as the bailiffs were walking up the front path: Not easy, not common, but possible.
