ATLANTIC Customers check your bills...
Just has my last quarter bill, they suggested I need to raise my monthly direct debits for Gas/Electric from £123 to £205 even though overall I am in credit for the year.
I rang to ask WFT was going on, nice lady said it was a computer calculation but she reviewed it and based on the last years use said she could not understand the new figure and now my monthly payments have actually fallen slightly.
Ring them if you find yourself puzzled by a bill and get a human to have a look at it, computers can't be trusted.

I have had my last 2 monthly bills from Atlantic suggest that I should call them as my DD payments would not cover my bills.
I called & both times they have said that my current DD was sufficient & to ignore the suggestion to increase. It seems to be a standard thing.
I must say- the customer service at Atlantic is very good & I have called them a few times over different problems. British gas & Npower take note.Tallyhoh! Stopped Smoking October 2000. Saved £29382.50 so far!0
