Anyone else missing their monthly interest from a five year fixed rate deposit account or is it just me that has this 'IT problem'?

I had 5 of the 5 year stepped fixed 'Premium Deposit' accounts.
They were late crediting them... every one... every time. And failed to transfer the maturing sums at maturity without being expedited.
Unbelievably unprofessional... but worth the hassle for the 5.8% interest this year!0 -
Not sure what's gone awry but its my first taste of missing monthly interest from them.0
