Deposit Refunded for fitted wardrobes

Hi Doam
Thanks for your response.
They did provide with the relevant contract details.
But under the Consumer Contracts Reg 2013, I cannot cancel/ get my deposit refunded as "The supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised".. Fair Enough, I get that ...
But they admitted that they have not started manufacturing the goods/wardrobes. So surely I should still be entitled to a refund ???
I didn't say contract details, I said cancellation details. The regs also talk about contracts made in the home ... these automatically have a "cooling off" period unless the consumer signs to waive this right ... regardless of whether the goods are personalised or not.
Failure to provide the correct cancellation details is a criminal act and may effectively nullify the contract. (That's the angle I'd be approaching this from).0
