                    Hi all,
Firstly sorry - I know there are lots of previous posts. I have read through some of them and the read first thread but neither answer my situation exactly.
The driver of the car recently went to a service station and accidentally parked in a Starbucks customer only bay and stupidly did not read the signs. They then went to McDonald's for lunch.
Three weeks later, we have received a letter from MET Parking Services asking for up to £100. MET Parking Services for appear to be a member of the BPA.
Their evidence online are the following photos:
-driving in
-parked and getting out
-walking away from the car towards McDonald's
-returning to the car and driving off
I have seen many posted advising people to challenge or completely ignore the letters from MET, when they have been a customer at MET's clients' shop. How should we proceed? Is it worth us challenging this or should we pay the '14 day discounted price'?
I really appreciate you taking the time to read and reply to my thread.
Many thanks.

edit the above to remove any hint of who was driving
they only have pictures of the vehicle and driver
you appeal this as KEEPER and then take it to POPLA if they fail to cancel
remember , you are the KEEPER, assume that rooney was the driver 0 0

haha you both sound pretty optimistic about a successful appeal(?!). I suppose this scaremongering is how these terrible companies get away with what they do.0

If you use St Arbucks, even just to use the lavatory then surely you ARE a customer. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
