Indeed, if all the cards were stacked in favour of LL, I wonder why so many would give it up, putting them in the worse position in Europe suposedly.yes lettings legislation is not perfectly balanced and utterly neutral to both parties, try evicting a tenant ...0 -
Your problems with previous LL can be solved easily, don't ask for the clauses to be added just change the locks.
Then they can only enter when you are there after you are given warning.
Try to only rent from professional LL talking to the letting agents can give you some insight to what they are like.0
