Draughts around panes in double glazing

Can anyone help? Our house has some slightly older double glazing, and there are a few draughts around the edge of the glass where it neets the frame (i.e. NOT around the outside of the frames, so adjusting hinges won't work). It's where the rubber/foam seal meets the actual glass.
It only seems to be draughty in a couple of spots, a few inches long, and with 10 windows in two bays that's not too bad. I could always consider it ventilation!
I've not tried any fixes yet, but would like to have an idea what would work best before attacking it.
