You own the house in which you currently reside and your son lives with you?

Or you intend to allow your son to move in when you move out?

    Have you consulted the mortgagee?

You will be a landlord and his paying the mortgage will be akin to a payment of rent?

You may need to check the above?

hello, you have to tell them his income, because it is a "joint claim" i think.

when you live with a partner, they count you as a single household to work out your eligability.

(so they need his income to assess you on the "household income" if you move in from being single, to living with a partner.)

its so 2 adults on max benefits can't move in together and stockpile a mass of benefits i think.
