Hi - Does anyone know who I contact to claim back PPI from Hill House Hammond?

Hill House Hammond was a brokerage that shut down in 2004. This was before regulation started in 2005.
HHH is dissolved according to companies house. So, you have no-one to complain to. You also have no access to the FSCS or FOS as its pre-regulation.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
