Good luck tomorrow.
One thought: Just be careful that the contract doesn't go on to a rolling month to month contract, terminable by notice after the initial period.0 -
I've re-read the contract and it just states that it Is terminated a year after the date on it.
In the Skeleton - do you need to provide copies of every transcript you reference?
I'm semi-confident about tomorrow, to be honest I just loathe paying for a 'parking fine' and would rather fight it and worst case I have to pay it anyway. All I loose is a bit of time (and paper)!
@coupon-mad - I haven't, been so busy with work today was the first real chance I've had to do anything.0 -
A bit of confidence never goes amiss.
Re costs: See what you can rustle up now to email across to the claimant. The court never looks at them until you win anyway. LoadsofChildren123 put together a decent template on here.
Whilst it's not 24hrs in advance, if the defendant has had it by 9am and it's a simple 1 page document you can argue that there is no prejudice.
I'd do it to help cement your claim to standard costs. Bring hard copies.0 -
Do this tonight, so Court an Gladstones get it. Push it a bit, look this poster got £1500!!:@coupon-mad - I haven't, been so busy with work today was the first real chance I've had to do anything.

It doesn't take long, use the template in the NEWBIES thread post #2 and slap up the costs, within reason, and email them to Gladstones tonight & take them with you along with proof of what you earn (a wage slip, etc.) and proof of travel/parking costs to attend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
