Good luck and please do come back and let us know how you get on...
  • Good luck tomorrow.

One thought: Just be careful that the contract doesn't go on to a rolling month to month contract, terminable by notice after the initial period.

I've re-read the contract and it just states that it Is terminated a year after the date on it.

In the Skeleton - do you need to provide copies of every transcript you reference?

I'm semi-confident about tomorrow, to be honest I just loathe paying for a 'parking fine' and would rather fight it and worst case I have to pay it anyway. All I loose is a bit of time (and paper)!

@coupon-mad - I haven't, been so busy with work today was the first real chance I've had to do anything.
  • A bit of confidence never goes amiss.

Re costs: See what you can rustle up now to email across to the claimant. The court never looks at them until you win anyway. LoadsofChildren123 put together a decent template on here.

Whilst it's not 24hrs in advance, if the defendant has had it by 9am and it's a simple 1 page document you can argue that there is no prejudice.

I'd do it to help cement your claim to standard costs. Bring hard copies.

Do this tonight, so Court an Gladstones get it. Push it a bit, look this poster got £1500!!:

It doesn't take long, use the template in the NEWBIES thread post #2 and slap up the costs, within reason, and email them to Gladstones tonight & take them with you along with proof of what you earn (a wage slip, etc.) and proof of travel/parking costs to attend.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
