Private Company fine my customer -Please Advise to take legal action

Hi All
A friend of mine has a Mot garage which is only accessible thru Underground station car park, the carpark owner recently fitted smart number plate recognition cameras which should register if the car dive in car park and if it passes the other exit gate another side of car park where my garage it should delete it from system but the second camera fails regularly and issue a ticket for my customers, my employees and myself :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
i have phoned them to cancel fines for myself and employees and they agreed to do it but I am losing my customers for that reason :mad::mad::mad:
is there any way i can take legal action against them???
We are 5 business who are affected and all car related trade.

Sue them, but you need to know the new pre-action Protocol and follow it to the letter:
