Mortgage for a spouse visa holder with 5-10% deposit

My wife is British and I am in the UK on spouse visa which is due for renewal in April 2018.
We are already talking with a couple of mortgage advisors but maybe forum members can recommend a mortgage advisor who is experienced in this kind of mortgages (not sure if they have such specialisations).
We both are employed full-time and most of our savings are in out bank accounts. Do you know if any bank offer mortgages for spouse visa holders with 5-10% deposit?

As far as I am aware, there is only one or possibly 2 high street lenders who would consider it.

Im not allowed to name lenders. I would say you are probably best leaving it to the brokers and just stick with one of them when the time comes. I would suggest speaking to London and Country mortgage brokers. They did our mortgage for us in the same scenario and we are now home owners.:jFinally going to be a homeowner:T0
