If someone is claiming WTC & CTC but also homeowner, does that mean they will not be transferred to UC?

Being a home owner will make no difference as to whether you will be transferred to UC.

Thanks for that, when I put daughter's details into the benefit calculator a few weeks ago, it stated that she wasn't affected by UC, so I have been confused by recent reports.

That just means she won't be affected yet, but eventually all tax credit claimants will be moved to UC. If she doesn't have a change that sends her to UC before 2019, she will be moved sometime between 2019-2022.
