Non resident investment options

I no longer live in the UK so am non resident. I have an ISA and cash in a UK bank account and would like to invest it in a low fee index fun. I was looking at the Vanguard S&P 500 and some of their other products, but it doesn't allow investment if you're not resident in the UK. I've been looking at other options and all seem to need me to be resident.

What are my options for investing if I'm non resident. I don't want anything complicated and am not familiar with off shore set ups etc. I want a long term, low fee investment that I can invest in using sterling.

Any ideas would be great! Thanks.

Where are you resident? You should look in to investing locally.
