I have a 1st gen Moto E as a spare phone. It used to have no problem with sim hot swap. But recently the hot swap stops working, even after I reset the phone to factory default. I have to reboot the phone in order for a different Sim to work. Anyone know if this is a software problem or hardware problem, and/or whether a new/different firmware would help? Thanks.
