TSB - when will my money come in?

My company paid everyone around 2pm yesterday (Friday). Several colleagues have confirmed they already got the money, but I keep checking my account, and nothing? Does anyone know how long TSB take to credit your account? Do they do it over the weekend at all, or will I have to wait until Monday?

BACS takes 3 working days. FP takes 2 hours.

Unless they have deliberately paid people in different ways then they must have used FP as some colleagues already have their money.



2 hours is a target but not guaranteed, the only abslute is that the money must be in your account by the end of the next business day i.e. Monday.

Have you ever had a payment from them into your bank with TSB before?

if you have then that's ok they have the right bank details. Ifit is the first time they have paid you then there might be an error in the bank details they hold for you which is why the money hasn't arrived
