I agree. They seem to have asked for an extension of time to respond, and POPLA has (quite rightly) said no. They haven't responded, hence nothing is showing on the site. Once their time for responding has passed, it seems that you will get an automatic win.Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. Hi everyone, I am new here. I am in the same situation with a parking charge notice from PEA Ltd and have to go to POPLA at the end of this week. Can you help me find the NEWBIES FAQ area for the templates, I have been looking but seem to be missing it. Thank you.0

Jonsunrise said:Further to previous help with PCM attempting to fine us for parking in our own space, we have taken on board the advice given us and have prepared our appeal. This has to be lodged with IAS by the 29th May. Having gone on their site ready to upload , they refuse to upload unless we click the box which says we are willing to accept arbitration - which of course we will not accept.. They also say that ONLY online appeals may be made. It is a sort of heads we win tails you lose scenario. I would be grateful for advice about what to do next. Thanks.
Please read the sticky thread for NEWBIES, especially the part that tells you NOT to make an IAS appeal, then start your own thread if you need further help
