in IVA & DRO
hi, just looking for a
bit of advice, granted A DRO end of may this year, checked my experian report the month after and score ihad gone down even lower reason was that a bankrupcy or insolvency was
added- which i was expecting. fine. now iv checked it
again and since end of july my score went up slightly saying i no longer have an insolvency . weird. i called the insolvency people as i was worried that it may have been revoked
or something,
they confrimed it is still active and ongoing. Why would it be removed
and shoud i stay quiet or do i have to inform experian? thanks

Hi Gemma
I'm not sure what has happened here but the bottom line is that as long as your details appear at https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/ all is as it should be.
Bear in mind that the restrictions imposed by a DRO will apply regardless of whether it has been properly recorded by Experian e.g. declaring the DRO if you seek credit of £500 or more.
