Jay Holmes of specialist roofing and building, blackberry lane Sutton Coldfield purchased £300 of building materials from us and asked to pay in a month.
It's been a year now and he hasn't paid the money back. Hopefully this will get picked up on search results if he tries with anyone else.

Unusual that two reviewers have posted on the same day.0
-
So why haven't you taken legal action to recover the money?0

I'm not sure that I would take those reviews at face value. They all sound quite similar in style and content and posted in a limited period of time.
They may be accurate, but have the whiff of organised campaign about them.
On a more helpful note, would you like advice about how to take them to court to get your money back? MSE should be able to help you and might make you feel better about this.0 -
Yes I see what you mean about the reviews, I've edited the original post and removed the review link.
We are currently going through money claim online but so far he hasn't responded.0 -
At least you're doing something about it. If those reviews are indeed genuine then you may be doing everyone a favour and help put him out of business.0

If they are genuine then as a business owner myself, I still wouldn't want to put him out of business. We've all gone through bad times. He's had a year to pay though, he could have paid £6 a week back and would have been clear. I've left it a year before posting this.0
