Cheapest printer and ink

FWIW I have an HP all-in-one that uses HP364 inks. More recently I've taken to using Jarbo inks, and so far (touch wood) everything has been fine.

Do not buy from Rymans as they sell on Ebay without any stock, I managed to get a refund but they did not volunteer the information.
