Parking charge notice (PCN) Euro Car Parks, Renfrew Road, Paisley

Hi everyone
I am looking for some guidance regarding a letter I have received today from Euro Car Parks.
It is a charge notice for £80 (£40 if I pay by 10th October).
The car was parked in the Paisley Central Retail park on Renfrew Road in Paisley, Scotland, where my car number plate was photographed entering at 15.07 and leaving at 17.15. I am assuming the time limit is 2 hours.
The charge notice states that If i do not pay within 28 days, I will incur additional charges and my details will be forwarded to a third party debt collection agency.
I just want to know, if this inforceable and must i pay this or should I ignore it?
Any help would be appreciated,
thanks.
Greg.

edit the above and remove any hint of who was driving as parking companies read forums like this one
SCOTLAND has no keeper liability (no POFA2012) , so IGNORE it , dont phone anyone , dont contact anyone
however, it can be enforced if the driver is known to the PPC
drivers who "blab" deserve to be taken to courtlol
read the NEWBIES sticky thread , especially the Scotland part
and put the word SCOTLAND into the forum search to see the advice being given0 -
thanks for your advice!0
