Immersion tank issues....

Hi all, We have an immersion tank in our house for hot water only. No central heating is connected to it. Turned in on about an hour ago and whilst the water is getting warm it's in no way hot. Before it took about 15 minutes to get very hot. Electricity supply is fine, light is on on the switch etc. Is this likely to be a…

CAREFULLY remove the old one, and take that along. That way you know you can get it out before you get another one, and have one to show exactly what you need.

It is simple, but worth taking pictures of it all as you go, and even writing basic notes. Stress and worry over fitting can make the best of us as dim as dust!
