It’s a refund through the Plevin ruling rather than ppi misselling.
Your mis-selling complaint failed. Understand that a Plevin refund is only of any undisclosed commission of over 50%, not a full refund of the PPI

    Damn spellcheck!
You could also have had a "pelvis" or"pelvic" refund! :rotfl:
  • Hope I can get some advice, I placed a plevin claim with Capitol one a week ago, I have not received any correspondence, but after checking my account, various payments such as ppi plevin premium and plevin goodwill erc etc.... Have been paid in and a large total sum paid out.

Does this mean my claim has been settled and I should expect a cheque??

    Any help is appreciated
