RBS Platinum Membership Benefits: Mobile phone insurance:
Been turned down on a claim for my daughter's phone as now the insurance only covers the account holder's phone, even though I bought and paid for her phone.
Is this a recent change, because I was convinced that she would be covered? Does anyone have the T&C's prior to the change so I can try to argue the case?
