Cannot get into my online TSB on my pc

Hi
For the last week I have been unable to access my online TSB banking account on my PC - as soon as soon as I call up the screen, it disappears. I think it must be something on my computer as I can access it online on my laptop.
Also, for the last week I have been unable to watch BBC TV live on my computer - as soon as I click on the programme I want to watch, I am just shown a blank TV screen.
Can anyone help please.
