Having a bit of a clearout and need to dispose of a large number of various sized kitchen knives. Some are quite scary like french cooks etc..
Any ideas on how I would safely dispose of these?
Thanks as usual

Hmm, that's a fair question.
Personally, I'd take them to the local tip - sorry, "recycling centre" - and chuck them in the skip for scrap metal. At least whoever sorts through it when it goes for recycling will be expecting lots of sharp bits, and they'll have a safe way of dealing with it. Either that, or just ask one of the workers there which is the best skip to throw them in.0 -
Local police might have a knife bin.0

Well wrapped up and in the bin though personally I'd take them to the tip.0
