I have no idea if I’m in the right place for this, but I set up a littlewoods account 2/3 days ago Now, and ordered something for £17. Well they’ve dispatched the item and it’s now saying I’ve not got any credit with them ( I had £250 originally) where as now it’s saying £0.00 and I’m in the red by £17. Does anyone know why this would be happenening? I’m hoping it’s Because I haven’t got credit history with them and they’re just making sure I pay them back? Any advice/help would really be appreciated.

Do you men your credit limit is £250? I.e. you can buy up to £250 on buy now pay later.
But your account is showing you have ordered £17 worth of goods but so far have not paid anything for them so your account is in debit by £170 -
It sounds like they've reviewed your account and removed the credit facility.
Give them a call and ask.0
