You will get interest. Details are contained in your Welcome Letter if you decide to switch to them.

Why wouldn't you? Not to do so would be theft. How long it will take to get your credit back is a different question. Have a look at the Iresa Feedback forum.

T&C Clause 4.11 does say it's in the 'contract letter' (Welcome email). There weren't any details in mine, or even directions to details though.

Once I found them (in the FAQ), I did suggest they update the T&C to point to the correct location.

They closed the ticket as 'resolved', no idea if the welcome email now includes that detail, but the T&C's are unchanged.

Iresa current rate card is available here.

It includes the interest rate paid on balances. ;)

Thanks, It is in the FAQ as well, but the point remains, The T&C point customers to the 'Contract letter', which is just the welcome email, does that email now include the rate or at least point to either the FAQ or the rate card? Or do they still have to go hunting?
It didn't when I signed up but they do seem to have improved since the beginning of the year (whether they've improved enough or not is another topic for another thread). We'd have to find someone who recently switched to find out.

I usually like to double check the rates being offered direct with any supplier, before going ahead with any switch.

You wouldn't believe it, but some comparison sites do sometimes get these details wrong :)

Or yes, if you have a question about any supplier, their terms, etc, feel free to post here on MSE , and I am sure someone will attempt to assist you further.

Good for you, what do the rates on comparison websites have to do with this?

Shooting from the hip again FG?

Look, I know you feel a bit defensive of Iresa, but 'Go and ask on MSE' isn't an appropriate resolution to a company explicitly saying information is in one place and then putting it somewhere else, especially since fixing it would be trivial.

But as I said before, perhaps they have fixed it, but since I'm pretty sure you signed up with them around the same time I did so neither of us know if the welcome email has been changed.
