I ordered the wrong worktop colour via email

...I've already ordered the correct colour. Not sure why you need to make incorrect assumptions?

People only make assumptions when others haven't been clear. Thanks for clearing that up at last....I've already ordered the correct colour. Not sure why you need to make incorrect assumptions?
:money:
Now if you've ordered the correct colour from them are they still saying you owe them a "restocking fee" for the last one. Seems a bit odd since you offered to continue with the purchase of the correct item.0 -
Yeah - they are saying I still have to pay the 25% restocking fee + VAT, which I don't understand. I need the worktop and it works out around the same price as buy the worktop I originally ordered anyway, so I'm not too fussed about it. However, if I can get out of not paying it that would be good. Not sure why I would pay VAT for a restock fee?
Not sure though!
Thanks for your help/advice.0
