Parking Charge Notice (Premier Park - Darlington)

Eighth Anniversary Combo Breaker
in Parking tickets, fines & parking
So got this through today, £100 fine for parking in a gym car park for 20 mins while I went to the shops. Didn't see the signs for only members of the gym allowed to park until I was leaving. Looks like they are BPA members and have photographic evidence of my car.
Reason for issuing is "unauthorised entry/parking" What are peoples thoughts on what I should do, do I ignore and risk going to court long term or pay the £60?

    There is a third option - appeal.
