If they all want to be involved, yes.
If not, they can 'reserve' their position, leaving one or two to sign all the paperwork but keeping the power to register as an executor if they need to.
If they don't want anything to do with the process, they can renounce.0 -
There are three choices, as stated previously. However all executors must sign a form in order to release the will to the remaining executor(s).0

What if he is old and incapacitated and cannot sign the form to renounce ? Will it be better to remove his name?
It's best to have executors who should be able to deal with the estate.
Of course, health status may change but it's not wise to name someone who is already not capable of taking on the role.0
