Hi all,
We purchased this stick hoover with two batteries that each last an average advertised 22 mins each which was the main selling point for us.

My Mum is telling me each battery lasts closer to 12-15 minutes. I can get a no quibble return without issue but Im just curious what people's experiences are... is this common?

Thanks.

EDIT: Not sure i posted the right model... it's this one.
