Experian/credit expert

I discovered something the HARD WAY about Experian/Credit Expert organisation, and I think it affects all of us (maybe in different ways, so that's open for each person to review)
In March 2017, I received a notification that my email address had possibly been compromised by internet fraudsters.
I contacted Experian only to be told that they know of at least one breach of my security. When I asked for details of exactly which one, they REFUSED TO TELL ME, quoting the Data Protection Act as their reason for not telling me any more.
I argued that I PAY A FEE for them to monitor my cyberspace and advise me of any breaches. They quote the Data Protection Act once again and refuse to tell me where the system was breached and by whom.
I told them this was unacceptable for a paid service and threatened to stop paying. They said that was my choice. I left it at the time to give me time to look into it all further.
Several more notices saying my email address had been compromised, several phone calls and several phone complaints from me resulted in me making an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT to the company. I received several FOBBING OFF messages saying it would be dealt with in so many days or weeks each time as it was still being investigated.
Suddenly I get a notice that the case his closed... no solution and no other contact of any kind.
My reaction was to raise the same complaint again. More FOBBING OFF messages of the same kind saying it can take days or weeks but still NOTHING.
I cancelled my monthly payment to them at this point as one adviser told me that "THE COMPANY CAN'T ACTUALLY DELIVER THE SERVICE I AM ASKING FOR" yet this is exactly the service that is advertised on TV and in other media constantly.
SO HOW CAN THEY ASK FOR MY MONEY if they can't deliver the service. They are required by law NOT to disclose the source of my internet breach, yet they advertise that they can WARN you when there is a breach and CHARGE for this service... something far wrong here.
Most people use their EMAIL ADDRESS as their USERNAME on a few hundred accounts across the internet, changing the PASSWORD on each occasion for security purposes.
When Experian advise that the email has been compromised, I'd say it was ESSENTIAL that you are told WHICH account has been breached, and if possible, WHO BREACHED IT, otherwise we'd have to change the passwords on every single account.
A recent scam also revealed a hack on my email that coincided with all this activity, so either Experian are creating the issues themselves to create income, or possibly they are in league with those who are breaching, or maybe just inadvertently protecting the bad guys, or more likely they are simply taking advantage of the gullible public paying a small monthly fee and being fobbed off by standard issue letters and closing the case when they think people won't notice.
A million people paying up to £10 a month though generates almost £120 million pounds a year for them... AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO DISCLOSE ANY BREACHES as they hide behind the Data Protection Act.
A SCAM OF THE HIGHEST ORDER WHICHEVER WAY YOU PRESENT IT.
