Double Glazing issues

Options
In june this year we had new double glazing fitted.

The fitters told us there was a issue with some spacers and they would report it for someone to come and fix it. Well after they left I noticed some damage to the trim so thought I would wait until they arranged the appointment to sort the spacers out. Well fast forward nearly a month no contact and now further issues with two windows catching when shutting. Seems the fitters did not report the spacer issue.

Reported it mid july. Someone came out a couple of weeks later and sorted out the spacers. They had a fiddle which seemed to fix the catching issue. Which lasted me opening the and shutting the windows a couple of times. Also they did not have the trim.

Its now nearly october and I am now being to get annoyed. I am lucky that the catching windows are upstairs. But not the point as I can't secure my house properly. As I leave the windows open as I don't want to damage the windows where they are catching.

I last spoke to someone nearly 2 weeks ago. Not heard from them since. What can I do. They have been paid as we have taken out finance.

Thanks in advance

Yours

Calley

If it was not for the fact that I need the windows I would tell them to take the damn things out as they are not fit for purpose as they tried to fix them and did not !!!
