The Yorkshire Vet S5 Competition 1 – Additional T&Cs

1) The prize comprises:
a) Standard class return rail travel for four from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Thirsk/Harrogate in Yorkshire, unless the winner’s home address is in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the farm;
b) Return private transfers for four between Thirsk/Harrogate train station and the farm;
c) Seven (7) nights’ accommodation for four at Holme Grange Farm, based on the prize winner and their companion/s sharing Otter Cottage, with 1 x master en-suite bedroom and 1 x second bedroom with full size bunk beds (subject to availability);
d) Daily breakfast on the farm; and
e) £1,000 spending money.
2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken by 30th November 2018 and cannot be taken between 20th December 2017 and 2nd January 2018, over Easter weekend (30th March 2018 to 2 April 2018) or UK Bank Holidays (28th August 2017; 7th and 28th May 2018; 27th August 2018).
4) Should the prize winner prefer to drive themselves a mileage allowance up to the value of £200 will be offered and the rail allowance and taxi transfers will be forfeited. The allowance will be calculated at 45p per mile from the prize winner’s home address to Holme Grange Farm.
5) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the cottage.
6) The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
7) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
8) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
9) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
10) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
