Thanks for posting the comp.
The terms are showing this info - Open to specially selected UK, ROI, CI and IoM residents aged 18 or over who receive an email or leaflet inviting them to participate.

I guess we enter and then just wait to see if it is upheld, or if it is actually open to everyone, even if they did not receive an email invitation.

Hmm, didn't spot that ... It doesn't ask for an address or anything so I'm not sure how they check.

There is a field in the Review form that says "Did you receive a sample to review" or something like that ... maybe just say "Yes" to that

Yeah, field says "Did you receive a free sample from NESCAFÉ or enter a prize draw to write this review?"

So just say Yes to that, that you're entering a prize draw to write the review.
