I cannot switch supplier. Help!

Scottish Power is supplying gas and electricity to my flat, but as two different product instead of as dual fuel. The problem is, they supply gas to my flat as Flat A, while supply electricity to the same flat but as Flat 1. So in their system they consider these are two different flat. I asked them to change it and they kept saying they cannot change it because their record about our address is correct. I'm very frustrated as I cannot switch to dual fuel product within Scottish Power or switch to other suppliers at all.
Any advice please?

Dual fuels are generally not the best deals - switch your gas and electricity seperately and forget about the address mess up.

The address is decided by Royal Mail, go online and find out which is correct then write a letter of complaint to the relevant part of SP quoting Royal Mail and saying you want the address corrected.
