London Eye

We are visiting London this Sunday and my son has asked to go on the London Eye. I can see from a quick search that the cheapest way for us to do this is using the 2-for-1 with the train tickets and that the Vauxhall - Waterloo singles would suffice for that.
A few questions:
1. I have a Family & friends railcard - can we use that to get the train tickets or must we pay full price?
2. How many train tickets would I actually need for 6 of us - as my youngest son is 4 so travels for free on the train - I'm a bit confused (blame my tiredness) as to whether I need a train ticket for him too?
3. I assume once I've printed the vouchers we pay on the day when we turn up then?
Thanks in advance
