Okay so it was in 2006, but according to Amazon in my Orders section, the album should be in my Amazon Cloud player or I can auto rip it.
If I search for the album in my Amazon Music App it wants payment.
Been round and round can't work out what to do. I don't have a pc or laptop..
Please could anyone point me in the right direction?

I purchased a CD the other day and it came up instantly you can listen to it now.
As it was 2006 then there probably wont be a record or your purchase because the feature did not exist.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Sign into your account via https://music.amazon.co.uk/home
You should then see all the music you have purchased and it will give you the option to download.0 -

Click on the Purchased column label and it'll reorder from earliest bought; mine starts at 2002.If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
Thanks for the replies.
I can see the album in my orders section. Yes - back to 2006!
Next to the album I have the option of auto rip and Amazon cloud.
I have searched and cannot find the Amazon cloud
I have the Amazon Music App. The app does not recognise that I have purchased the album.0 -

The album does have the auto rip option, but when I click on it, it takes me to the Amazon home page.
I've been on the phone to Amazon customer service for half an hour. They can't work it out either and have had to escalate it. Hopefully I'll be in a position to update this thread with the outcome in case anyone else has similar issues....0
